strawberry-perl-5.38.2.2-64bit.msi安装成功后，Windows命令提示符中输入“Perl -v”出现提示信息：Locale 'Chinese(Simplified)China.936' is unsupported, and may crash the interpreter.

尝试了网上的一些方法：修改系统语言；设置环境变量等都没有效果。

最后卸载5.38版本，安装strawberry-perl-5.36.3.1-64bit.msi版本后正常。strawberry-perl下载地址：https://strawberryperl.com/releases.html

在win7和win10系统安装5.38版本的strawberry-perl都出现了这个现象，使用5.36版本后都得到了解决。
